At Acousha Collectibles, we stand behind the quality and authenticity of every item we sell. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of historical United States coinage.

Return Window and Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return policy for most numismatic items. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Specifically for collectors:

  • Coins must remain in their original, untampered professional holders (slabs).
  • Any breakage or tampering with a holder from the Numismatic Guaranty Company (NGC) or other grading services will void the return eligibility.
  • The item must include all original documentation and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned due to market volatility. This includes “Bullion” items (such as generic gold or silver bars and rounds) where the value is primarily determined by the spot price of the metal. The Return Process

Once your return is authorized, please ensure the item is packaged securely. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance, such as USPS Priority Mail, to protect against loss or damage during transit.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for returned numismatic items that meet our eligibility criteria.

Refunds and Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We pride ourselves on our integrity and adhere to the ethics promoted by the Professional Coin Grading Service (PCGS) to ensure every transaction is handled professionally.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
