Shipping Rates and Costs
We strive to keep our shipping costs straightforward so there are no surprises at checkout. Currently, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee for all domestic orders, and we are pleased to provide Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100. Processing and Handling Time
All orders are processed with security in mind. Our current shipping schedule is as follows:
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (CST)
- Handling Time: 2 – 3 Business Days (Items are typically dispatched on Mondays and Thursdays).
- Transit Time: 3 – 7 Business Days.
In total, you can expect to receive your order within 5 – 10 business days. We primarily utilize USPS Priority Mail for most shipments due to their reliable tracking and insurance options for numismatic items.
Tracking and Insurance
Every package sent from Acousha Collectibles is fully insured and includes a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking information. For high-value orders, we may utilize FedEx Express Shipping to ensure the fastest and most secure delivery possible, often requiring a signature upon arrival to prevent theft or loss.

Shipping Restrictions
Currently, Acousha Collectibles ships exclusively to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time to ensure we can guarantee the safety and insurance of every coin we sell. Delivery Issues and Lost Packages
While we take every precaution, if your package appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@acoushacollectible.com.
